What’s New in 2017

 

In the past couple of months we’ve brought to the brewing community several new and exciting products!

Back in September we brought the first product of the WildBrew series, WildBrew Sour Pitch, an easy-to-use, safe freeze-dried bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum) specifically selected for creating a wide range of sour beers.

Also in September we launched PROTOFINE a 100% vegan-friendly clarifying agent that brings results that are clear to see.

Finally, we recently launched under the LalBrew product line the latest of our premium brewing yeasts: LalBrew New England. This strain is especially suitable for brewing East Coast-style ales, creating beers that have distinct tropical and stone fruit notes, true to the characteristics of this wildly popular style.
