Introducing the LalBrew® Limited Release Yeast Series

We’ve been working behind the scenes for a few years to develop this concept. Our team wanted to give brewers the opportunity to experiment with exclusive strains and support their creativity through with more flexibility. 

What is the LalBrew® Limited Release Series? 

Limited Release strains will generally be one-time productions, with availability on a first come, first served basis. Under the LalBrew® umbrella brand, the series promises the same high standards of quality and repitchability, and also the We Brew With You® technical support that you have come to expect.  

Each strain is selected to meet one of the diverse needs of innovative brewers, providing a platform for experimentation and discovery. Whether it’s a historical yeast strain, a strain sourced from a renowned brewery, or a strain perfectly poised to create a new beverage style, we aim to inspire the brewing community by providing interesting options.  Through use and feedback, brewers will have the opportunity to become an integral part of our yeast selection and release process.
